Guía del peregrino para lugares de trabajo
Con la esperanza de incubar una idea única sobre el diseño de lugares de trabajo, caminé solo durante 42 días desde Melbourne hasta Sídney. Mi peregrinaje produjo 34 “Señales”, una serie de ideas para guiarnos a un mejor lugar para trabajar.
Si bien dichas Señales están firmemente situadas dentro del contexto dinámico del trabajo, se alejan de soluciones improvisadas y temporales. Inspiradas por la diversidad de pensamiento que la peregrinación despierta, rescatan las cualidades olvidadas de la soledad, el aburrimiento, la adversidad y lo absurdo como mecanismos para fomentar la innovación y crear mejores entornos de trabajo.
